This design is based on a sketch by Cherie at Sassy Lil' Card Sketches.  I'm entering this card in their April 14th Card Reveal challenge.

I'm also entering it into the Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #11 - "Tag You're It" since the sentiment is featured on a tag.
